Special Needs Planning

Life is full of challenges, some more difficult than others, but that shouldn’t stop anyone from achieving their dreams. For those who have disabilities, our Special Needs Planning Division is here to help navigate the financial maze.

This division focuses on creating Life Maps — a dedicated plan that allows individuals with neurodiversity, intellectual disabilities or special long-term medical needs to share their dreams and goals with their families.

We will work with the individual and their family as a team to design and monitor a comprehensive plan to help ensure their best life.

Cyndi Najar

      Program Head
Cyndi is passionate about helping all individuals achieve their dreams. As a former special education teacher and mother of two young adults with Down syndrome, she has a unique perspective and knowledge to help navigate planning for individuals with neurodiversity, cognitive disabilities and long-term medical needs. She can effectively communicate with parents and individuals with various communication delays or differing cognitive abilities.

Cyndi’s experience as a high school life skills teacher allows her further insight into the transition from school to adulthood. Understanding that each individual’s needs are unique, she provides guidance for comprehensive life decisions. She desires to provide a pathway for financial confidence and independence in all aspects of life.
